Policies

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days are not refundable but may be transferred to another eligible player.
Refund policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Entry fees are non-transferable to future events unless approved by the tournament director.
Inclement weather
Play may be delayed, shortened, or suspended for weather. If the event is cancelled before play begins, players receive a credit or refund. Once play begins, fees are non-refundable.
Parent supervision
A parent or guardian must remain on property for players under 13 and must be reachable by phone for all players.
Spectator carts
Spectator carts are subject to availability and course approval and must be rented directly from Stonebridge Golf Club. Spectators must stay on cart paths and may not coach during play.
Player conduct
Players are expected to demonstrate honesty, respect, and good sportsmanship. Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in penalty or disqualification without refund.
Dress code
Collared shirts or golf-appropriate athletic tops, golf shorts, skorts, or slacks, and soft-spike golf shoes or athletic shoes. No denim or tank tops.
Pace of play
Groups are expected to keep pace with the group ahead. Tournament staff may issue pace-of-play warnings and place a ball for players who fall significantly behind.
Equipment requirements
Players should bring their own clubs, balls, and tees. Loaner equipment may be available in limited sizes — request assistance on the registration form.
Photography
Photos and video may be taken during the event for tournament and promotional use. Parents may decline photo permission on the registration form.
Medical and emergency procedures
Certified staff will be on site. Medical information provided at registration is used only by tournament staff in an emergency and is never displayed publicly.

Who can play in this tournament?
Any girl ages 7–17 on the day of the event. Players are placed into an age division and compete against players of similar age.
Does my daughter need tournament experience?
No. Divisions are structured so first-time competitors can play a format appropriate to their age and experience.
What is included with registration?
Tournament entry, greens fees, lunch, a player gift package, tournament shirt, skills competitions, awards eligibility, and a digital tournament photograph.
Can parents watch?
Yes. Parents may walk with their player or rent a spectator cart from Stonebridge, subject to availability. Coaching during play is not permitted.
What if my daughter does not have clubs?
Request equipment assistance on the registration form. Loaner sets are available in limited sizes.
What happens if it rains?
